What a difference these new needle plates have made. These are reasonably priced and basically solved any tension issues we were having. We have both caps and flats running at the same time and they improved quality on both as soon as we put them on machine. Yippee!

Our technician recommended we use the Universal Needle Plate given the fact we frequently have issues sewing caps. The additional help we received from SII was phenomenal. Their customer service is absolutely the best!! The Universal Needle Plate has made a huge difference in our ability to produce caps faster and with significant lower down time. Highly recommended!

so far so good only had them for a week but are working out really well
