Privacy Policy

It is our goal and mission to protect the personal privacy and security of our customers to the very best of our ability. Therefore, it is our expressed policy to not share or sell any customer details to any outside entity, including names, physical or e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and/or any other personal data. For further security, we have applied a Certified Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to our online store to protect from intrusion and interception of customer-submitted personal information. Furthermore, our checkout process provides an additional layer of security, with all credit card transactions being processed through Authorize.Net. We believe that our customers deserve the highest level of security possible, and it is our policy and commitment to provide it.

Return Policy

Purchasers wishing to return goods should contact and request a Return Authorization number. Only goods specified on the Return Authorization may be returned. A copy of the original invoice and the Return Authorization number must accompany returned goods. Unauthorized returns will be returned to Purchaser at their expense. Merchandise returned within 30 days from date of invoice will be charged a 15 percent restocking charge. Merchandise is non-returnable after 30 days from date of invoice. Used or damaged merchandise is also non-returnable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us at 573-866-3033 to arrange an exchange. Our on-line ordering system cannot handle exchanges at this time.

UPS Policy: Claims and Legal Actions: Individual Binding Arbitration of Claims Share

The UPS Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS Freight's Rules and Charges (Tariff UPGF 102), UPS Express Critical Terms and Conditions of Contract, and the UPS Air Freight Terms and Conditions of Contract each include an Agreement to Arbitrate Claims, providing for binding arbitration of claims (except as otherwise provided). The Agreement to Arbitrate Claims contained in the UPS Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service can be viewed by clicking the link below. The Agreement to Arbitrate in the UPS Freight Tariff UPGF 102, UPS Express Critical Terms and Conditions of Contract, and the UPS Air Freight Terms and Conditions of Contract contain substantially the same terms as in the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service.

Stitch It International - Shipping Policy

The shipping policies listed below are to ensure full understanding of the methodology regarding the most efficient means of shipping, receiving, and processing of all orders placed within the Sii Store. They are subject to alteration at the discretion of the Shipping Department Manager should certain situationally-dependent issues arise. For all general intents and purposes, these policies are concrete.


Domestic shipping to the United States Lower 48 is generally 3-4 business days. All orders placed through the Sii Store between 8:00am and 2:00pm CT are processed the same day (*with the exception of Holidays, volume, or nature of certain orders.) UPS Next Day Air, or any expedited overnight shipping service is not guaranteed after 2:00pm CT.

Once an order is placed, upgrades to an expedited shipping service will have additional costs and must be purchased prior to the service upgrade. Please contact our Customer Service Department, or your salesperson for questions.

Orders placed on the online store will not be combined should you place two orders within the same day. Separate shipping costs will apply to each respective order.

Tracking information is entered upon the creation of the shipping label. If all of the items are in stock, and the order is placed within the 8:00am - 2:00pm CT parameters, an email notification with tracking information will be sent upon completion.

** Please be advised that not all orders will have tracking information sent the same business day. Due to the wholesale nature of our online store, many items will ship separately, and you may not receive tracking information for several days. During this time, the items may arrive prior to any tracking information being sent.**


International shipments must contain up-to-date contact information such as email, and phone number, and a complete address in order to be processed. Orders without complete contact and address information will not be processed.

Due to the wholesale nature of our online store, many of our products ship directly from our supplier and will ship to us for international shipment processing. Please expect delays on International Shipping up to 5 business days. This includes orders with expedited shipping.

The recipient of international packages and parcels is responsible for taxes and duties upon reception.

For shipment to US Territories, or US Military Bases, please provide complete street addresses, and give the city name and country the base is located in.

Freight shipments are processed the same day full payment has been received, and are scheduled for Freight pick up from our location within 2-business days. Freight shipments to the Lower 48 states generally take 5-7 business days to arrive. 

Sales Representatives and Customer Service will be responsible for providing tracking/pro-numbers information should it be requested, otherwise, email notifications will be sent out via our online store or TForce Freight (old UPS Freight) notification systems for your convenience. 

** Please be advised : For all freight shipments it is the sole responsibility of the recipient to schedule the delivery appointment should they be contacted by the freight carrier to set up a delivery appointment. Please contact your salesperson should issues with your delivery arise.** 

Liftgate services are not applied for shipments containing Printers or Heat Presses. If you would like a liftgate service to be applied, please contact your salesperson or the Customer Service Department. Additional charges will apply for this service. 

** Please be advised: most freight carriers will attempt to contact the recipient to set up a delivery appointment prior to delivery. Please provide up-to-date contact information (email and phone number) when placing an order. 

Stitch It International is not responsible for the delivery of damaged items. It is the sole responsibility of the recipient to report damages and refuse the shipment if necessary at the time of delivery. Please contact your sales representative should damage be discovered upon inspection of the shipment.
