Wish I could say I loved it!

I purchased the Hooptech Gen2 cap frame for $700 after a coupon. I received my order very quickly. Sadly, I made a mistake on the size I needed and asked if I could exchange it for the correct size. After contacting Hooptech, they begrudgingly said I could return it but because I made this mistake I will be charged a 20% restocking fee of $140. But only if I returned everything in the box, as if I was not going to in the first place! My experience with Sii store was great. Hooptech however, is a bit disappointing. I should have researched their return policy as well as I did the frame itself.
